Smash Repair Request for Proposal

Some important facts about the RFP process:

• It will be business as usual under current repairer agreements with NRMA Insurance, the majority of which are due to expire on 30 June 2012
• Our customers will continue to have Choice of Repairer at no additional cost
• We are asking repairers who want to partner with us in the future to participate in the RFP process
• The RFP only involves repair work in Sydney metropolitan and major regional areas, namely Newcastle, Wollongong, Canberra and the Central Coast. Repair work outside these areas will not be covered by the RFP
