NRMA Insurance is continually looking at ways it can improve the total smash repair experience for its customers.
To achieve this we need to ensure our repairer partners are delivering to our customers high standards of repairs and service.
The smash repair industry is currently undergoing change with new technology in repair shops capable of delivering a high quality of repairs to cars in a matter of days, not weeks. Repairers are telling us there are also significant improvements which can be made in providing mobility options for our customers and a more simplified, "hassle-free" process to get them back on the road.
The RFP process will ensure NRMA Insurance customers continue to benefit from our partnerships with repairers who deliver on our quality and service standards.
